RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES


PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.

We kindly request that you ask questions if there is anything you do not understand or find unclear. We believe that by adhering to the terms of this Agreement, both you, the Buyer (as defined herein), and GREEN HAIR VIETNAM, the Company (as defined herein), establish the foundation for an ongoing and promising relationship. Together, we are the Parties to this Agreement. Together we collaborate on your new hair products and hopefully continue our relationship well into the future.

1. INTRODUCTION

Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to the goods, services, and information provided by and through your purchase of any GREEN HAIR VIETNAM’s item. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and the Buyer and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services, and information provided by the Company.

Buyer agrees to review this Agreement prior to the Initial Consultation and prior to purchasing anything. Purchase of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement and an understanding of the terms set forth herein.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT AMOUNT: The buyer agrees to make a full payment of 100% of the product value in a single payment after receiving complete consultation about the product. This means that the buyer takes full responsibility for the purchase decision and that purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE. The payment amount includes tax and shipping fee.

PAYMENT TERMS: Buyer represents and warrants that:

  • The credit card information supplied is true, complete, and correct
  • Charges incurred will be honored by the Buyer’s credit card company
  • Buyer shall pay any charges incurred at the amounts in effect at the time, including all applicable taxes and fees
  • Buyer will not cancel any credit cards on file with GREEN HAIR VIETNAM during the pendency of this Agreement

Buyer shall not reverse any fees from the debit/credit card; but, in the event of any disagreement, will apply the Notice/Choice of Law/Forum section of this Agreement.

3. SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office.

  • Processing Time: 6 – 45 days (depending on order quantity and quality)
  • Estimated Delivery: 3 – 14 days to international destinations (in regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons, not exceeding 60 days

We partner with specialist international shipping and courier delivery services. Tracking numbers will be provided via email within 4 – 7 days after carrier pickup.

All shipping costs and taxes for returns or repairs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All packages sent by DHL/FedEx/UPS are labeled as “Synthetic fiber/Synthetic hair” (although our hair is 100% real human hair). This labeling facilitates easier customs clearance and reduces customs fees. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this labeling practice and waive any right to claims regarding this product notation.

4. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email/chat with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey. Please allow 2 – 4 days for the carrier to process your package in their system.

If tracking information is unavailable, this indicates the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking events will appear on the tracking page once the package enters their system.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of successful payment
  • 100% refund available if notification is received within 24 hours of final payment
  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

GREEN HAIR VIETNAM’S HAIR PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged items will be repaired subject to the terms and conditions herein. Any item not collected within two (2) months of pickup notification will be forfeited and become GREEN HAIR VIETNAM’s property. No refund will be offered.

7.1. Compensation & Return & Refund Policy

  • We accept returns for seriously damaged orders caused by our company within 3 days of receipt
  • All cases require review and agreement by both parties
  • Customers must provide clear evidence (videos, pictures) of product issues
  • Refunds are only issued after receiving returned products
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees
  • We are not responsible for customer-damaged or lost return packages
  • Customized orders cannot be refunded, returned, or compensated

7.2. Return Procedure

  • We provide shipping details (location, phone number, shipping method, package notes)
  • Customers provide videos/pictures showing product status and quantities via WhatsApp
  • Customers provide tracking information for returned items
  • We confirm receipt of returned packages

8. PRODUCTION CAPACITY NOTICE

We ensure 80% – 90% texture (style, color) accuracy for all products, acknowledging that hair appearance may vary between pictures, videos, and reality.

GREEN HAIR VIETNAM uses premium natural human hair, which may have slight variations in color and style due to its natural properties. Colors may oxidize over time, and styles may change due to weather conditions.

Additional charges apply for color or length modifications beyond three months post-delivery.

9. SHIPMENT/PACKAGE INCIDENTS

9.1. Lost Packages

Investigation period: 3 – 30 days. No refunds processed during investigation.

  • Successfully delivered packages (with proof) are not eligible for refunds
  • Insured packages lost by carriers may be refunded with official carrier confirmation
  • Buyers must cooperate with investigation procedures

9.2. Wrong/Damaged Products

REQUIRED: Video documentation of package opening

  • Unboxing video must be provided
  • Pictures alone are not acceptable as proof
  • No returns/refunds without complete unboxing video
